Insurance & Payment Options:

If you have a PPO plan, please contact our office to see how we can coordinate billing.

We currently do not work with HMO plans due to their directive on using specific providers.

To help keep our costs low, payment is due at the time of service.

If you need assistance registering or signing up for either of these plans to receive care, we’re here to help. We can provide the necessary forms and guide you through the process so you can start your treatment with ease.

Missed Appointments:
We understand life happens, but missing an appointment can disrupt our schedule and affect other patients. If you miss an appointment, a $150 missed appointment fee will apply before we can reschedule. This fee helps cover our operational costs and allows us to maintain affordable services. If you have an emergency, please let us know, and we will provide a one-time pass for this fee.
