Brilliant At Home is the mobile dentistry division of Brilliant Denture & Implant Studio.

Instead of asking patients to navigate transportation, transfers, waiting rooms, and unfamiliar environments, we bring the dental visit to them.

Our portable dental equipment allows us to provide a range of diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and prosthetic services right where the patient lives.

At-home dental care may be ideal for:

What Can We Do at Home?

Every patient's needs and environment are different. After an initial evaluation, we'll explain what can safely and appropriately be completed in the patient's residential setting.

Dental Exams & Problem-Focused Visits

Evaluation of dental concerns, oral health, existing restorations, dentures, gums, and areas of discomfort.

Dentures & Denture Care

New dentures, denture evaluation, adjustments, repairs, relines, and ongoing denture care.

Preventive & Maintenance Care

Oral health evaluations, cleanings when appropriate, hygiene recommendations, and ongoing monitoring.

Fillings & Conservative Dental Care

Certain restorative procedures may be completed at home when clinically appropriate.

Tooth Extractions

Selected uncomplicated extractions may be performed in the patient's residential setting following appropriate evaluation and diagnostic imaging.

Dental X-Rays

Portable dental imaging may be used when necessary to diagnose problems and plan treatment.

Implant & Overdenture Maintenance

Evaluation and maintenance of implant-supported dentures and removable prosthetics, when appropriate.

Brilliant At Home also provides dental services for residents of assisted living and memory care communities.

When multiple residents need care, visits may be coordinated to reduce disruption for residents, families, and facility staff.

Our approach is especially mindful of patients who may have cognitive impairment, mobility limitations, behavioral challenges, or difficulty tolerating traditional dental appointments.

We'll coordinate an appropriate appointment time with the patient, family, caregiver, or facility.

3. The Dentist Comes to the Patient
We bring the portable equipment necessary for the scheduled evaluation and planned care.

4. We Create a Practical Plan
After the examination, we'll explain our findings, treatment options, fees, and recommendations.

5. We Continue Care as Needed
For patients who remain homebound or in residential care, Brilliant At Home can continue to provide appropriate ongoing dental care and monitoring.
